Welcome to Study Music Ireland, the website for all students who wish to study music in Ireland, as well as for those currently registered on music degree programmes at undergraduate or postgraduate levels. In addition to providing information on all institutions offering music degree courses in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, the site functions to promote networking opportunities for current students, researchers and staff based in the various university/college music departments and conservatoires. Study Music Ireland is supported by CHMHE (The Council of Heads of Music in Higher Education), a representative group that shares the aim of promoting higher level music studies throughout the island of Ireland.
